Our basic bread is, like in every French bakery, the baguette. The “baguette de tradition française” is made from only wheat flour, water, yeast and salt. To make a more artisan-style bread we add two more ingredients to our dough: sourdough (read more) and time. A lot of time, because to make tasty bread you have to give the dough enough time to develop all the aromas.

From the same dough we also make round loafs (pain de campagne), mini-baguette and individual sized breads.

Whole wheat & multigrain
All our basic breads (baguette, loaf, etc.) we also make with whole wheat flour so you can make an even healthier choice.
